MidPoint was the first shopping complex in Pandan Indah when it opened its doors in 1999 and today, the complex sits at the heart of a matured township with an estimated population of 600,000 residents. MidPoint’s positioning strategy remains neighbourhood-focused and to have a tenant mix offering value and convenience to our customers.

MidPoint is wholly owned and managed by Grand Swift Sdn Bhd, with stakeholders comprising of Malaysian Kuwaiti Investment Company (MKIC) and CM Lim Holdings (from LGB Group).

The Management has plans to refurbish and upgrade MidPoint’s amenities to further enhance shoppers’ experience and enrich the tenant mix of the complex further, bringing us closer to our purpose in meeting customers’ needs.

MidPoint’s marketing strategy also includes organizing more family-oriented events to attract a wholesome crowd with a purpose of converting MidPoint into a family-focused neighbourhood complex – place where everybody meets!
